Year End Giveaway Contests- Terms and Conditions

Happy Market Year End Giveaway contest is open to all residents (Citizens and Work Permit Holders) of the Maldives, except employees of Happy Market and other related promotional partners.
The contests will run from October 2020 to December 2020.
Weekly Contest details and prize will be posted on Facebook every week
To participate you are required to;
- LIKE the Happy Market Facebook page and Instagram (happymarket.com.mv
- LIKE the Post
- SHARE the Post publicly
- Or simply following all the steps mentioned on the post
Winners will be selected via lucky draw on the day mentioned on the post.
Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
The winners will be notified via social media and announced on Happy Market’s official social media accounts.
Winners will be notified by private message within 2 business days of announcement and will be provided with instructions which they must follow to verify their entry and claim their prize.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration. All prizes must be claimed within one month from the date of draw. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Participants are to abide by all rules and regulations as stated. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In case of dispute, the Happy Market’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
