Terms and conditions

Mintanine Bluelemonade - 2nd Dec to 16th December 2018

  1.  Mintanine Photo contest is open to all residents of Maldives, except employees of Happy Market and other related promotional partners.
  2. The challenge will run from Sunday, 2nd December 2018 to Sunday, 16th December 2018.
  3. To join the challenge, participants are required to; a. Follow @HappyMarket.mv on Instagram and Facebook. b. Take a creative photo with a Mintanine Bluelemonade can clearly visible in the photograph. c. Post the photo to your Facebook or Instagram with the below hashtags #MeeEbunaaEhchakee #WheresTheFun #Mintanine d. Make sure to have your Facebook post and Instagram profile set to PUBLIC so that we will be able to see the Photo. e. Photo with the most likes from Facebook and Instagram will be chosen as the Winner.
  4. You can post as many photos either from FB or INSTA.
  5. The winners will be notified via social media and announced on Happy Market official social media accounts.
  6. By entering this contest each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials, that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep Happy Market Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Happy Market Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us. Each entrant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and Happy Market Trading Company Pvt. Ltd.
  7. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. All prizes must be claimed within one month from the date of awarding. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  8. Participants are to abide by all rules and regulations as stated. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. All photos should be in compliance with the laws & regulations of Maldives.
  10. In case of dispute, the organizer's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. happymarket
